Training:
University of Scouting U of S is the first Saturday in December. Visit their website to check out all the courses.
Online training Sign into myscouting.org. Click on e-learning on the left hand navigation, then click on any of the training opportunities.
Youth Protection - Youth Protection is a REQUIRED training for all adult leaders.
Fast Start Training is the first step for any new volunteer.
This is Scouting has replaced New Leader Essentials training.  
Cub Scout Leader Specific includes five different breakout sessions related to Cub Scouting for Tiger, Wolf, Bear and Webelos den leaders and assistants, pack committee chairs, committee members and cubmasters and assistants.


District Roundtables

Roundtables are held each month for Cub Scout Leaders (and Boy Scout leaders) in each district. Leaders are updated on council and district events, share ideas with other leaders and are given planning ideas for the next month. Roundtables start at 7:30pm.

Black River - first Tuesday of the month at 7:45, Redeemer Lutheran Church, Succasunna (corner Eyland & Unneberg Aves).

Fishawack - first Thursday of the month at Patriots' Path Council office, 1 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls.

Munsee - first Tuesday of the month at Osceola Presbyterian Church.

Watchung Mountain - first Wednesday of the month at Vermeule Community & Senior Citizens Center, North Plainfield.

Raritan Valley - first Wednesday of the month at Somerville Middle School.

Sussex first Thursday of the month at Wallkill Valley High School.
