Patriots' Path Council offers lots of planned fun activities throughout the year for Cub Scouts. Get outside of your regular meetings, and join us at one or more of these great programs. Many of them are designed for dens. Some are suitable for entire packs and others are also available to individual Cub Scouts and families.

Science Belt Loop Workshop   at Watchung Cub Scout Day Camp Saturday, May 18, 2013, 10am-12pm at Watchung Reservation.
Cub Scouts, friends, and families are all invited to Science Belt Loop Day. Cub Scouts will have the opportunity to earn the Science Belt Loop. Friends and siblings can participate too. Games and activties for all. Click to register.

Fishawack Gold Rush   A rip-roaring time, June 3 at Wild West City in Stanhope, from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Cub Scouts will test the skills they learned in earning their latest rank. Dens can bring their own wagon or you can mix boys of different ranks. Wild West City is open 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, so come early or stay late. Online registration will open April 1 through the Fishawack Calendar. Registration closes May 17. One person should register all boys from your pack.

Fishing Tournament   Saturday, June 8, 8am-3pm at Winnebago. Parents and sons are invited to join us for the Robert Tunnell Memorial Fishing Tournament. $30 per person if paid by May 15th. $35 after May 15th. Lunch is included.

Cubs at Conclave   Saturday, June 8, 9am-12:30pm at Mt. Allamuchy Limited to the first 50 Cubs. Fun, games, BB gun shooting, Fishing, Archery, Rock Throwing, Indian Lore and more! Cost $6 per Cub Scout - includes lunch.

Monster Jam Saturday, June 15, 2013 7pm at MetLife Stadium
All Scouts, family and friends welcome. Tickets only. Includes free Scout patch.

Summer 2013

Feld Entertainment's Monster Jam - Pit Party and Show Saturday, June 15, 2013 1:30-5:00pm pit party and 7:00pm show at MetLife Stadium. The Pit Party begins at 1:30pm and has a festival-like feel. Fans have the chance to see all 16 trucks up-close and in person, meet the drivers, get autographs, and take pictures. Food, beverage and merchandise are available for purchase.

Fans can also purchase a ticket to take a ride in a monster truck.
Scout package: $40 includes patch, pit pass and ticket (parking not included).

Rocket Launch July 6, 2013 - 9am-2pm. Cost $12 - includes rocket and patch. Open to everyone - Scouts and non-Scouts.

Staten Island Yankees Saturday, July 27 and Saturday August 10 at 7pm. The team is a class A affiliate of the NY Yankees. They are offering two Scout days with discounted baseball tickets, a patch, and optional on the field after game activities. Post-game sleepover on the field featuring a movie on the big screen. All kids 12& under run the bases after the game. Post-game fireworks. Click above for order form and program options and prices. Prices range from $16-$29. Order tickets by June 21.

Magic Week - STEM at Camp Wheeler   August 5-9, 2013 (Week 6 of summer camp) at Camp Wheeler. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics are incorporated in fun and interactive ways. Activities include robotics, model rockets, radio controlled vehicles, crafts, nature, pool, BB guns, archery, boating, mountain bikes, Scoutcraft, bridge construction, NOVA awards and more.

New York Red Bulls Soccer  October 5 at 7pm Red Bulls vs New England. Special pricing for Patriots' Path Council. Join your New York Red Bulls as they take on Eastern Conference rival New England Revolution for Scout Night at Red Bull Arena. All Scouts in attendance will be recognized on the in-stadium video boards as they take a lap around the pitch at halftime and will receive a limited edition New York Red Bulls patch. As an added value, the first 1,000 Scouts that take a lap around the pitch will receive a special recognition soccer belt loop.
